This shit is one of the biggest reasons my weight yo-yos and I have trouble consistently losing weight. I'll get to that point and then end up overeating without realizing it and then there goes a few days worth of progress.

Add to that the chronic joint pain limiting movement and you get a constant struggle with weight.


This is one of the ADHD symptoms that just doesn’t align with my particular flavor of “can’t sit still disease.” I’ll get hungry and it’s all I can think about. And it happens often.


It is officially leg-cramp-o-clock!
