Oh i know focus thats the thing that doesn't let me do anything other than what I am fixated on right?
I disagree. For adhs it is: A is important. Forget about it! B is more important! But C is most important! But what about D? Wait found a fix for A - which has to wait because of C, but no idea what to do there as D feels easier to fix now. Ah that's how I can solve B.

I mean, hyperfocus is as much of a thing in ADHD as is having trouble focusing. Joke doesn't really make sense, and I am a party pooper.
ADHD: plinko noises
Pre-frontal cortex fully ressourced for its action
Ressourced pre-frontal cortex with dissociated emotional centres
Underressourced Pre-frontal cortex with well-ressourced survival centres
Underressourced Pre-frontal cortex with high noradrenergic energy
Underressourced Pre-frontal cortex
A shit I can not see the fucking pattern anymore.
