He actually first appeared in TNG Season 1, Episode 5 - "The Last Outpost"
Every time a neck-beard says females on the internet, I can't help but hear it in Armins voice
Not just armin's voice, but the faint ferengi lisp because of the mouth piece
It also started with him as Letek in episode 4 "The Last Outpost"
Well one of you has the episode number or title wrong.
It depends on if you count Encounter at Farpoint as 2 episodes or 1.
The pilot of TNG was 2 episodes, so in some numbering, those are combined into one episode (hence this is episode 4), and others have that as episode 1 and 2 (hence it would be episode 5).
TOS is even more problematic with numbering as they filmed/aired in different orders, so some places list very different episode numbers as others.
The difference in order between Memory Alpha, IMDB, and Paramount+ will only serve to confound and confuse.

I was aware of tng pilot being 1/2, but ai wasn't aware of the TOS reordering. Never watched all of it, perhaps because the ordering confused me years ago per what it was in a torrent vs imdb or smth
