Judge: You can’t ban DEI grants without bothering to define DEI

But not clearly defining DEI is key.

The actual goal is to effectively not only legalize but actively encourage discrimination, and that's done specifically by not clearly defining DEI so companies will tend to generally avoid hiring monorities at all, for fear that they'll be punished by the Trump regime.

I thought DEI was eliminating the ability to determine protected classifications of an applicant.

I've been fostering inclusivity & anti-discrimination via RPGs, etc. for years now every which way I can think of, and I'm not stopping now because a slathering bunch of fuckwits whip their no-effort sheep into a froth. Not here, not anywhere, not ever.

It annoys me people that want to get rid of all DEI without understanding everything it encompasses.
Learning to not discriminate based on unconscious bias? DEI./ SEL Self awareness

Teaching children other people live and feel different then they do, to be respectful of other peoples feeling and not be a narcissist asshole? DEI/ SEL Social Awareness

So ban DEI broadly and we cancel inclustivity training to reduce discrimination, does that mean we cant teach children about any person or culture outside of a narrow range?

A student (preschool) had laughed at another students glasses once, so we took some extra time to talk about feelings and differences, reading a book about how people look different (glasses, freckles, some other stuff) and we made an extra effort to wear our reading glasses for a while.
but thats inclusion, can we not teach students to be aware and respectful, not laugh at others?

Any time I hear some one complaine about " Wokeness" or DEI o ask them to define it or which part of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion do they not like.

Fun fact. Even if with a federal judge, this ruling can only provides relief to the people of Massachusetts now. Only the supreme court can rule any action the United States takes as "nationally unconstitutional" I guess. Good luck getting a federal judge in Texas to rule similarly. What a great system of government.
