Yeah, thankfully Voyager has keyword blocking. I try to keep it at a minimum, sometimes it's nice to be unaware.
Piefed has them built in rather then relying on the client. Definitely helps.

+1 I use Voyager and I have blocked words + communities.
There are news that you can't miss, whether is internet, Lemmy, news papers, tv news. We see them again and again.
